Pure is changing to serve you and your dog even better. We've updated our packaging to clearly highlight the benefits of our food, and to proudly showcase our trusted farmers and high standards behind every ingredient. We're also moving toward more responsibly sourced animal proteins, and as part of our ongoing commitment to always do what's best for your pet we have made small updates to our formulas to improve nutrition.

Since the recipe improvements were minimal, the change from Pure to new Pure Farm to Bowl should not cause any digestive upset and no transition is needed. However, since every dog is different, if your pup has a sensitive stomach, we recommend gradually mixing the new recipe with the old over a period of 5 to 7 days to help them adjust comfortably.

With the formula updates, there were small changes to calories and nutrients in some recipes, which may slightly affect how much your dog needs to eat. Just check the updated feeding guidelines on the packaging and adjust as needed based on your dog's activity level.

We've made some thoughtful updates to make our food even better for your dog. Our proteins are now responsibly sourced, like grass-fed bison, free-range chicken, and wild-caught salmon. We've introduced a new, more effective strain of probiotics for improved digestive support, and in some recipes, increased protein levels to help build and maintain lean muscle. We also switched to more bioavailable chelated minerals for better absorption.

Pure Petite is simply getting a fresh new look as part of our Pure Farm to Bowl line, now clearly labeled for Small Breeds. If you were feeding Pure Petite, just look for the "Small Breed" callout on the bag. And Pure Petite Puppy is now Pure Farm to Bowl Puppy.
